Jibbap X began with a feeling I kept coming back to: nothing beats coming home to a warm, comforting meal. Growing up, I traveled a lot. No matter where I went, a home-cooked meal made me feel grounded and cared for.

“Jibbap” means home-cooked food in Korean. The “X” stands for experience. I started Jibbap X to share the comfort and care of that experience with more people.
